Well here's some more pics to show you where I am, or to be honest, to remind me where I've been!
Here you have a couple of days rolled into one.
The first few pics are from my stroll around my favourite area in Stockholm, Djurgarden, including a stop at the most wonderful cafe for Sugar Pea Soup, Flickorna Helin Voltaire, in a wonderful old building that forms part of Skansen. I was drawn to it by the prams out the front...you know there's good cake if it's a place where mums meet! It didn't let me down. Amazing.
I also spent a day exploring the historic foodhall, Ostermalms Saluhall, which was WONDERFUL, and a must see - and it's in the posh area of Stockholm, so lots of pretty shops around! Then it was a couple of hours out on a boat going under lots and lots of bridges! That's me above, a little um...cold! Never fear, though, when I got home after my rather cold adventure, I was whisked off to Tuna Man's mum's place for a traditional Swedish dish of Veal and Dill Casserole with Potatoes. MMMMMMMMM.
I'm falling in love with Stockholm.
